Weekend Itinerary

Thursday, September 10
3:00 PM – Hotel check-in for wedding party and those who chose to arrive Thursday
6:00 PM – Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
For Wedding Party and immediate family
6:45 PM – Rehearsal Dinner Begins
For Wedding Party and immediate family
Friday, September 11
3:00 PM – Official Hotel Check-in Time
7:00–9:00 PM – Welcome Party (All Guests)
Venue: The Charter
Cocktails, small plates, mingling - family and friends time!
Saturday, September 12 Wedding Day
4:00pm PM – Guest Arrival & Seating Begins
Shuttles will be outside the hotel to pick up guests and take to the designated ceremony space, Beano’s Cabin.
5:00 PM – Ceremony
Please sit where ever you would like! The first two rows are reserved for immediate family however, all other seats are open to all!
6:00-6:45 – Cocktail Hour
7:00pm - 11:00PM: Dinner and Dancing!
11:00 PM – After Party (Optional)
An after party will take place if you continue to carry on with the celebration! Two shuttles will be at Beano’s Cabin, one taking guests back to The Charter and the other taking guests to the after party location!
Sunday, September 13
Late Morning–Afternoon – Guest Departures / Free Time
Hotel Check-out is at 11am however the day is yours! Feel free to continue exploring Beaver Creek or even stopping by Vail on the way back to Denver!
